Stages of the Experiment

Preparation of Cell Suspension

A suspension with a concentration of 1 × 105/mL was created from the prepared Vero cells, and then they were inoculated in three T-25 stocks 707003 with a volume of 5 ml. This stage of the experiment provided appropriate initial conditions for assessing cell growth.

Observation and Documentation

After 48 hours of the experiment, cell adhesion was observed. Microscopic images at 40x magnification provided an overall perspective, while 100x magnification allowed for a more detailed analysis of cellular structure.
